Chelsea are set to miss out on Victor Osimhen, with the Super Eagles striker closing in on a £67.3m (€80m) move to Saudi Arabian side Al Ahli from Napoli.
According to Sky Sports, Saudi Arabian side Al Ahli, long-term admirers of Osimhen, have moved ahead of Chelsea by offering him a four-year contract worth around £33.6m (€40m) per season—about £646,154 per week—tax-free. The deal also includes a release clause.
The ex-Lille and Wolfsburg forward will undergo a medical with Al Ahli on Friday and will be joining the club that Napoli preferred him to move to.
