The All Progressive Congress APC National Leader and 2023 presidential hopeful, Asiwaju Bola Ahmed Tinubu has endorsed Governor of Lagos State, Babajide Sanwo-Olu for second term in office.
Tinubu, who was a former governor of the state, on Friday gave a thumps up to the incumbent state leader and his deputy,
Obafemi Hamzat, to again champion the affair of the state for another four years.
Sanwo-Olu’s endorsement as Lagos governor for a second term by Tinubu was confirmed in a social media post on Friday by his Chief Press Secretary (CPS), Gboyega Akosile.
Akosile took to Twitter to share a video clip showing Tinubu raising the hands of the two politicians up before a crowd.
He captioned: “Asiwaju @officialABAT officially endorsed Governor @jidesanwoolu and deputy @drobafemihamzat for second term.”
