Gunmen Demand N80m to Release Three Abducted Missionaries in Kogi

Gunmen who abducted three missionaries in Kogi state, have demanded N80 million for their release.

A family source disclosed this to newsmen (today) Monday afternoon.

Raye24reporters, earlier reported that three missionaries working with the Kogi State Child Evangelism Fellowship, (CEF) were kidnapped at the weekend, along Ochadamu-Okele-Ejule Road, Ofu Local Government Area of Kogi State.

It was gathered that the missionaries were on their way to minister at a three-day crusade when the kidnappers intercepted their vehicle and kidnapped them and drove them to an unknown destination.

However, Kogi State Police Command confirmed the abduction of the three missionaries but said Policemen have been drafted to the area to secure the release of the victims.

A family source, while peaking on the latest development, said they have contacted members of the family.

They are demanding N80m. I don’t know how on earth the family will get such an amount of money. We are all praying to God for their safe return”.

The three kidnapped victims are Evangelist Peter Adigidzi, Pastor Mike Baba, and Pastor Sunday Abah.
