Crisis Rock NNPP Jigawa as Stakeholders Meets Over Aminu Ringim Sack

Crisis has rocked the New Nigerian Peoples Party (NNPP), Jigawa state chapter as 44 exco in the meet to remove the gubernatorial candidate in Dutse to save the party from collapse.

The situation which forced the stake holders in the party to take quick decision for the interest of party and the people of Jigawa state

The meeting which was held in Dutse, the Jigawa state, was chaired by former commissioner ministry for local government comrade Shehu Umar Chamo who is one of the party’s financer in the state

According to investigation conducted by Raye24reporters, in Dutse, it was unraveled that the party leaders were accusing Malam Aminu Ibrahim Rigim, for trying to sale the party to other political party in the state including the ruling party and PDP

The stakeholders were accusing their gubernatorial candidate for anti-party, collecting money from Jigawa state government official with intension to make the party loose in the 2023 general election.

It was also confirmed that 18 out of the 27 local government chairmen has attended the meeting and 24 out of the 38 state leaders of the party has also attended the meeting

Investigation conducted by Raye24reporters, find out that the party chairman and his secretary Alhaji Mutari Ibrahim Gonga and Adamu Hassan Abunabo were not in the meeting held today at Shehu Umar Chamo resident in Dutse.

It was reliably gathered that the former senator, representing Jigawa south senatorial district, Sabo muhd Nakudu, is the chief financer of the party under ground Nakudu who was retired from apc by the present administration of governor Badaru Abubakar, is now open to everyone in the party that Malam Aminu Ringim was using his position as the leader of the party to get financial support from Nakudu evidence are ready if time permit to expose, explained further that Aminu Ringim collected millions of Naira from Nakudu in the name of party support and also collected over ten million from Jigawa government for antiparty

Our reporter, who spoke with the party spokes man commarade Nura Muhd Danjani, said Aminu Ringim was advised to allow Nakudu to run for governorship seat for the party to succussed in 2023 general election because they are not willing to loose any seat, because they have observed that if it is Aminu Ringim happens to be their candidate the party will not win the election because he can’t finance the party alot of issue has been raised towards him crippling the party  

He therefore, advised Ringim to join hands with Nakudu if he is realy serious, failure to do that the party has the power to change their candidate by bringing a credible candidate that will lead the party to win election in 2023 explaining further that this case will not be taken lightly we must inform the national head quarters for necessary action

When contacting the secretary of the party Alhaji Adamu Hassan Abunabo on phone on the issue confirm that there is lingering issue within the party but he will not be able to speak on phpne he said

Abunabo said “I cannot speak to you right now because I have just left Dutse and I received your text find time to see me at ringim on Monday”.
