Three officers of the Nigerian Police, has been killed in an attack by unknown gunmen on Wednesday night, in Enugu State.
The incident occurred at the Chime Avenue, New Haven, Enugu North Local Government Area of the State, Raye24reporters learnt.
According to a source, the gunmen who were driving in a sienna car, overtook the hilux van of the policemen and opened fire on them.
Three of the officers were said to have died on the spot.
The Enugu State Police Command is yet to issue a statement on the incident.
