A senior lecturer with the department of History and International Studies at the Federal University of Lafia (FULAFIA), Fred Ekpe Ayokhai, has sparked social media outrage over the treatment melted at a young girl.
The lecturer was on Friday, October 21, 2022, captured flogging the 20-year-old girl who allegedly beat his daughter over a man.
Raye24reporters, gathered that the victim, who is identified as Blessing Mathias, confronted Ayokhai’s daughter, Emmanuella Onawegie, for trying to snatch her boyfriend, identified as IG.
Blessing had discovered Emmanuella has been engaging in a private conversation with her boyfriend and demanded that the number should be deleted from her phone but the latter refused, which led to a fight.
In the video making the rounds online, Emmanuella was seen alongside her father Ekpe Ayokhai, and other family members mercilessly beating Blessing in her home before she was forced into their car.
They later drove into an unknown forest where the senior lecturer used a pair of scissors to tear her dress from her body as the lady cried profusely begging him.
