The actions of some rice traders have triggered reactions online after they were seen in a video making round the Internet reducing quantity of rice bags in an undisclosed location.
As the price of rice has continued to increase in the Nigerian market by the day, it is worrisome to see some individuals still bent on defrauding people.
In the viral video, a man could be heard in the background explaining how traders remove a paint of rice from each bag before selling it in the market.
The video sparked reactions online as many Nigerians expressed displeasure over it.
