An INEC official, Mrs Chinwendu Nnamani has been caught in a viral video collecting money from people before issuing them their PVCs.
Mrs Chinwendu is also a serving Councilor representing Mbulujodo-West Ward 20 in Enugu-East Local Government, Enugu State.
In the video which has gone viral, the INEC official was accused of collecting the sum of N1000 from the residents before giving them their PVCs.
One of the residents who recorded the woman in the act reacted below;
“This is your staff at Emene Primary school in Enugu State collecting N1000 from Nigerians before giving them their PVCs.
“Is this how you intend to conduct a free and fair election?”
