A video showing the moment Labour Party (LP) presidential candidate in the 2023 elections, Peter Obi submitted boxes of evidence challenging the victory of President Bola Tinubu in the February 25 election has surfaced on social media.
Obi and his party presented the evidence on Thursday at the continued hearing of the Presidential Election Petition Tribunal (PEPT) sitting at the Court of Appeal in Abuja.
It would be recalled Obi placed third in the election results declared by the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
However, the former Anambra State Governor rejected the results and headed to court to challenge and reclaim his ‘stolen mandate.’
