Deji Adeyanju, Convener of the Concerned Nigerian movement and human rights activist, has mocked the National Leader of the All Progressives Congress, Bola Tinubu following his emergence as the presidential candidate of the ruling party.
The former Governor of Lagos State defeated the Vice President, Yemi Osinbajo, Minister of Transportation, Rotimi Amaechi and some others to emerge as the sole candidate of the APC.
Adeyanju in his reaction to the emergence of Tinubu wondered how the APC leader would be able to hold Nigeria together with his alleged health issue.
There have been speculations around the health of the presidential candidate of the ruling party.
An issue which has been addressed by Tinubu, claiming that he does not need to be a wrestler to direct Nigeria, but needs his experience to rule the country.
Tinubu would contest against the presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party, Atiku Abubakar, the presidential candidate of the Labour Party, Peter Obi and other candidates in the forthcoming 2023 general elections.
Adeyanju in his reaction on his Twitter account wrote, “A man that can’t hold a paper has won the APC primaries. How will he hold a country together?”
