Nollywood actress Mercy Aigbe, has reportedly escaped death on Saturday as she is on her way back to Lagos from Benin, Edo state.
Aigbe said she had travelled to Benin to have a meet and greet session with fans over her latest movie titled, Ada Omo Daddy.
The actress said her vehicle a black Jeep was on top speed when one of the tyres burst creating a serious impact on the vehicle.
The actress shared a video of the accident scene on her verified Instagram page on Saturday.
“Alhamdulilah “ Aigbe who recently converted to Islam wrote on her Instagram after the accident saying, “To God be the glory.
Part of the vehicle damaged as a result of the accident.
“The scariest day of my life . My car Tyre bursted while we were on top speed on our back to Lagos from Benin where I went for meet and greet for my movie .
“God, I have never been this scared . An horric experience . Panic. Screams, Prayers It is such a terrible experience.”
