Ahead of the May 29 handover, outgoing President Muhammadu Buhari on Friday took his incoming successor Bola Ahmed Tinubu on a tour of the Presidential Villa.
Among those toured on Friday were the Federal Executive Council Chamber, the Press Gallery, the Banquet Hall and other vital locations.
The president’s tour with his incoming successor follows those of the Vice President Yemi Osinbajo who took the vice president elect, Kashim Shettima on a similar tour on Thursday.
That was preceded by that of the wife of the president Aisha Buhari who took Senator Oluremi Tinubu on a tour of the villa earlier.
Both the outgoing and the incoming had earlier attended the Friday prayer before proceeding on the tour.
