Babachir Lawal, former Secretary to the Government of the Federation (SGF), on Monday, attended an interactive session organised by the Labour Party (LP).
The chieftain of the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) attended the session between the LP Presidential candidate, Peter Obi, and the North Eastern stakeholders in Abuja.
The former SGF, who leads a group of Northern Christian politicians in the APC, in a recent interview claimed that the group has adopted Obi as its flagbearer.
Lawal also played down the chances of his former ally and the APC flagbearer, Bola Tinubu, ahead of the 2023 presidential election.
