Suspected bandit have killed nine person and abducted six in Goronyo Local Government Area of Sokoto State.
It was reported that the assailants killed eight men and a woman in an attack that spread across three settlement in the local government area.
The settlement attacked by the bandits are namely Bejingo, Dantudu, and Tulutu, all in Birjin ward.
The bandits also rustled herds of cattle belonging to the locals during the attack on Saturday.
