BREAKING: Police Arrest Labour Party Chairman, Barrister Julius Abure

The Labour Party National Chairman, Barrister Julius Abure, on Wednesday, has been arrested by the Edo State Police command alleging fraud and other financial crimes.

This was disclosed by an investigative journalist, PIDOMNIGERIA after sharing videos and images of his arrest.

In the video, Abure was seen resisting arrest, while the officers charged at him and his supporters.

Earlier, Pidomnigeria had alleged that Abure had made plans to suspend Peter Obi from the Labour Party and was met with heavy criticism and backlash.

He noted that Abure later held an emergency meeting with the state chairmen of the Labour Party loyal to him, so they could all PASS A VOTE OF CONFIDENCE ON HIM, to save his job.
