The Deputy Governor of Edo State, Phillip Shaibu has relocated his office out of the States Government House.
This is despite rewithdrawing his suit against Governor Godwin Obaseki.
According to Channels Television, Shaibu has relocated his office out of Edo Govt House.
Shaibu had withdrawn the anti-impeachment suit he filed against Obaseki at a High Court Abuja.
In a suit with reference number: FHC/ABJ/CS/1027/2023, the Deputy Governor was seeking to stop the Governor from making attempts to impeach him.
But in a statement he personally signed, Shaibu who has been at loggerheads with the Edo helmsman, further described the Governor as his boss and senior brother.
People would have thought that this was a reconciliation in the making but the Deputy Governor has now relocated his office.
Giving his reasons for withdrawing the case, the Deputy Governor said some well-meaning Edolites, and Nigerians, have held meetings with him and his principal.
