Ex-Adamawa Senator, Abbo Denies Controversial Viral S3x Video

Former Senator representing Adamawa North Senatorial District, Ishaku Abbo, has found himself in another controversy following the release of a viral video allegedly depicting him involved in a sexual scandal.

The video, which surfaced online last week, purportedly shows a light-skinned man engaging in sexual intercourse with a woman identified as being married.

Many have tagged Senator Abbo as the man in the video, although these allegations remain unverified.

This incident follows a previous controversy in 2019 when Senator Abbo was caught on camera assaulting a nursing mother in a sex toy shop in Abuja.

The case drew widespread condemnation and led to legal proceedings against him, casting a shadow over his political career.

In response to the latest scandal, Senator Abbo held a press conference on Thursday, vehemently denying any involvement in the video.

According to Punch, he refuted the allegations, asserting that he was not the person depicted in the video and labeled the incident as an attempt to tarnish his image.

Abbo had said, “How can you identify a person without seeing his face, his body, only parts of his legs and you said it is Senator Abbo.

“Blackmail cannot stop me from winning elections. A senator from one of the northern states was shown in a sex video with his entire body, but he still won an election to the Senate, and his wife won an election to the House of Representatives. My people love me. No amount of blackmail can stop me.”

The controversial senator threatened to take legal court action against those he suspected were behind the circulation of the sex video and who are trying to malign and tarnish his name.

He stressed that he was not deterred by the sex video, but warned that tarnishing his image would not help the political interest of those sponsoring the blackmail, insisting that his supporters would still vote for him because of his performance while in the Senate.
