The Ministry of Foreign Affairs has commiserated with the Canadian High Commission in Abuja over the unfortunate fire incident that occurred in its premises on Monday, 6th November, 2023 leaving two persons, a contractor and a locally engaged staff of the Mission dead, with two others injured.
This was contained in a statement signed by Francisca Omayuli (Mrs), Spokesperson of the Ministry.
According to the statement,the Ministry extends its condolences to the High Commissioner, Members of Staff of the Mission and the families of the deceased and prays for the speedy recovery of the injured.
