A Non Governmental Organisation, Royal Friends Rights Advocacy, Development and Empowerment Foundation, has accused the Resident Pastor of the Way of Salvation Church, in Osieke Obegu, Ugwunagbo Local Government of Abia State of seducing members to Amorous Gay relationship.
The Group’s National President, Ambassador Jonathan Okwudiri, said in an exclusive interview with our Correspondent that on 21/10/2022 at about 21.30HRS , the Resident Pastor, Okechukwu Goodness was arrested for attempting to engage in amorous Gay Relationship and Carnal Knowledge of same sex against the Order of nature following an intelligence reports of Heinous Acts and Violence Against Persons in the community.
“Before he was arrested, the Intelligence reports revealed that the said Suspect do groom Homo- Specialists in the Church where he is Pastoring and while one Mr Chinkere Ebere, who is married with a kid is known for having Carnal Knowledge with members of the Way of Salvation Church, Osieke through Anal Sex and also specialised in Sucking the Penis of one Eze ThankGod and uses the sperm of his victims for Power, signs and wonders in the Church.
Okwudiri noted that this wrongful and abominable acts have been going on in the community for over 4 years now until 21/10/2022 when about 8 Persons were arrested for the same offence .
“But the unfortunate part of it is that the Police at Ugwunagbo Division have released the Principal Suspects ( Pastor Okechukwu Goodness, Evangelist Chinkere Ebere and Eze Thank God) to go home after allegedly collecting huge sum amount of money from the Sponsor of the Suspects, who is residents in Hong Kong by name Nmaaku Ebere a brother to one of the Principal Suspect and living their victims in the cell.
He called on the Federal Government and Inspector General of Police to intervene in this incident and Complaints against the Police in this case.

THE POSITION OF NIGERIA LAW ON SAME – SEX RELATIONSHIP
The human rights group, YAWA, says, “The Laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria prohibit the same sex relationship and makes this act illegal and it is a punishable offence under the Criminal Code.
Section 214 of the Criminal Code states that Any person who has carnal knowledge of any person against the order of Nature or has carnal knowledge of an animal or permits a male person to have carnal knowledge of him or her against the order of Nature is guilty of a felony and is liable to imprisonment for fourteen (14) years.
Furthermore, section – 215 of the same criminal code states that Any attempt to do any the acts in section 214 of the Criminal code is punishable upon conviction by 7 years imprisonment.
