Immigration nab nine illegal immigrants in Jigawa 

The operatives of Nigeria’s immigration service in Jigawa state command, have arrested nine illegal traffickers which include eight female and a male trying to depart the country for Europe through Niger Republic.

The immigration who paraded the suspect at the Head quarter in Dutse, said the illegal immigrant are not in possession of any weapon and they don’t have any travel document.

The comptroller in the state Mr A D Bagari, who confirmed the arrest, said they intercepted the suspects in Kazaure boarder to Daura trying to move out of the country through illegal route

The suspect who were arrested at Tsamiyar ilu tried to escape from officers arrest as a result of that the car crashed were some of the suspects sustained minor injuries.

According to the comptroller, who were aged between 22 to 37 years and majority of them are from Ondo, Ogun and Enugu are all incriminated from Kano state through agent to Niger boarder to go to Europe.

He charge the suspect and the parent to desist from been use by people to leave their country to another nation for greener pasture.

Among the suspect one Kayode Ajibobe said he was not deceived by any body he was on his personal mission to conduct markets survey on garlic and ginger to Niger republic while arrested by the immigration officers.

The controller said all the suspect would be handed over to Naptib for proper investigation.
