The Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) in its Cross River State office, has begun distributing Bimodal Voter Accreditation System (BVAS) to its local councils before Saturday elections
A video obtained by Raye24reporters on Wednesday showed the sensitive election materials being loaded into a van in Calabar and ready for dispatching to local council areas ahead of the Presidential and National Assembly elections this Saturday.
The election materials that had been kept safe at the offices of the Central Bank of Nigeria (CBN) are now recovered for use as Nigerians go out this weekend to exercise their civic responsibilities.
