Jeffery Omoh Ozemegwa who is from Edo state, he schooled there and grow up in Benin city, before my Johny to other states, and country’s as a grown man, in the area of housing he know and have a knowledge of the types of houses been built in Benin city, from their housing plan, their concepts towards housing developmentandhe feels he can do better.
What he is sure off is that Benin city dose not have the kind of houses and estates that are done in Abuja and lagosin regards to their concepts.
In a discussion with the SSG, it was to have a standard of housing in the real estate concept in Abuja replicated in Benin city, the idea of recreational parks, church’s, mosque, gardens, hospitals, hotels, many more all within in the estate, I know if all this are added it will be a quick sale for each houses, as I had planned to have all kinds of structures in the estate from blocks of flats, terraces, stand alone bungalow stab alone duplexes and Conershop’s attached the idea is to haver varieties
The intention is to have an investor that could be a construction firm or someone who has this financial power to put as investment, the plan is to have a sharing formula of 10% percent, for the state government 30% for facilitators and 60% for the investors
