Mammoth Crowd Welcomes Ex-EFCC Boss, Bawa in Kebbi

The former Chairman of the Economic Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), Abdulrasheed Bawa, received a heroic welcome when he arrived his hometown in Kebbi State.

Bawa, who was arrested by the Department of State Service on June 14, was released on Wednesday, October 25 after over four months (134 days).

In a video shared on X, the caption read: “Former EFCC chairman Abdulrasheed Bawa, received heroic welcome in his home town Jega, Kebbi State.”
