In Ihima, Kogi Central, a man identified as Idris has killed his Step-mother today in Ihima after his first attempt through poison failed three days ago.
It was gathered that Idris first attempted to kill the old woman through poison three days ago but the woman survived the cruel incident.
But today, luck was not on her side as Idris killed her with pestle while she was taking a nap.
The incident happened in Ebozohu, Obeiba, Ihima.
