A group of youth volunteers has reacted to a recent call by Ukrainian President, Volodymyr Zelensky, urging people around the world to join the fight against Russia.
This is coming at a time Nigerians in Ukraine are struggling to return home due to the devastation from the war.
According to the Guardian, over 115 young men, on the 1st of March offered to join Ukraine in its fight against Russia.
The Second Secretary, Ukraine Embassy, Bohdan Soltys, confirmed that over hundred men, besieged the Ukraine Embassy in Abuja to help its country combat against Russia.
They were said to have putting down their names in a register provided by the embassy.
