NSCDC JIGAWA STATE COMMAND ARRESTED FOUR IN CONNECTION WITH THEFT AND CONSPIRACY 

The security Personnel of the civil defence  NSCDC Jigawa State Command, has arrested one Haruna Isah aged 22 of Kwarin Naganda Quarters, and one Ahmed Isyaku aged 25 of Matsaro Quarters and one Abdullahi Garba ” aged 27 of Gawuna Quarters, who are residing in Hadejia Local Government Area of Jigawa state on a suspected case of Criminal Conspiracy and Theft which is contrary to section 97 & section 286 of the Jigawa Penal Code Law

The trio were arrested on Sunday 6th of March, 2022 at about 1000hrs in G.R.A Quarters, Hadejia while in possession of goats suspected to be stolen.

Investigation revealed that the suspects conspired and stole three goats belonging to one Abubakar Oje of  Gandun Bunduguma Quarters, Hadejia LGA and decided to take them to Gujungu Market which operates on Sundays with intent to dispose them. 
In which the goats were valued at N60,000 all.

Similarly, on Thursday, 3rd day of March, 2022 at about 2000hrs, one Abba Abdullahi ‘ aged 25 of Gawuna Quarters Hadejia LGA was arrested in connection with theft, contrary to section 286 of the Penal Code Law of jigawa state .

The suspect was apprehended when he sneaked and took a Motorcycle, Daylong Red in Colour parked by the house of the owner, one Salihu Ghali of Warwarin Quarters in Hadejia LGA. 

Luck ran out of him when the owner sighted him pushing the Motorcycle few meters away from his house and shouted for help which eventually led to his arrest. 

The Motorcycle is valued at N195,000. 

Both suspects have confessed to the crime and will be charged to court of competent jurisdiction.
