Political activist and Presidential aspirant Omoyele Sowore, has ridiculed Peter Obi, over his resignation from the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP).
The former PDP Presidential aspirant had on Wednesday triggered reaction when he announced his defection ahead of the PDP’s presidential primary election.
Peter Obi, tendered his resignation letter at the PDP National Secretariat through his Campaign Director, Doyin Okupe.
It was understood that the former Anambra state governor’s exit came after expressing fears he might be humiliated at the convention in Abuja.
Sowore, while reacting to the development via a post on his Facebook page on Wednesday,
slammed Obi for dumping a political party for the second time in his political career.
The activist said Obi dumped the All Progressives Grand Alliance (APGA) for the PDP and is likely to join Labour Party in the coming days.
“Peter Obi has dumped rogue PDP. He’s reportedly heading to join rogue Labour leaders at the Labour Party. From APGA to PDP and now possibly to LP! How many parties could a man join in his lifetime?” he queried.
