A man who disguised as a mentally challenged individual was caught in Benin, third east circular road , Edo state
According to reports gathered, some people in the neighborhood has observed the man to be scavenging used Diapers, sanitary pads and pants from dustbins
When apprehended on Saturday 16th April, he said he was selling those materials to Yahoo boys
