The mother of auxiliary nurse Feyisayo Ogendengbe who treated Mohbad on the day he died has finally spoken following the arrest of her daughter.
Recall Tontrends reported that auxiliary nurse Ogedengbe was among the 5 suspects arrested and detained by the Lagos State Police Command in connection with the death of Mohbad.
The death of 27-year-old Mohbad has raised dust for weeks now given the circumstances surrounding his death. The peace crooner whose autopsy is being awaited died on September 12th 2023.
According to the Commissioner of Police CP Idowu Owohunwa, the nurse, Feyisayo Ogedemgbe, who was invited by Mohbad’s friend, Ayobami Sodiq aka Spending, to inject the singer at his residence, administered three injections believed to have led to the chain of reactions that eventually led to the singer’s death.
Reacting to this claim by the Lagos Police, the detained auxiliary nurse mother debunked the allegations leveled against her daughter while defending her.
She noted that the 3 injections her daughter gave Mohbad couldn’t have killed her. She said her daughter administered Mohbad with Tetanus injection, Paracetamol injection, and that of antibiotics needed to heal the swollen hand.
The mother said her daughter learned the nursing job for 3 years at a private hospital in Ogun State and she has been practicing it for 1 year.
Shedding light further, the mother of the detained auxiliary nurse said her daughter never known Mohbad before until that day when Mohbad friend Spending called her over to treat Mohbad. She said Mohbad friend, Mohbad wife, Mohbad younger brother and PA were present while her daughter treats Mohbad.
The single mother of two further begs Nigerians to come to her aid in these trying times and by extension gets teary in the process.
