Christian Pulisic is set to remain with Chelsea after being denied the chance to leave on loan this summer, according to The Athletic.
Pulisic was ready to extend his contract which only has two years left, in order to help facilitate a move.
However, manager Thomas Tuchel has chosen to keep him, after Callum Hudson-Odoi joined Bayer Leverkusen on loan.
Manchester United and Newcastle were interested in Pulisic, as well as several Champions League clubs in Italy and Spain.
