Why Nigerians will vote for APC In 2023 – Fashola Reveals

The Minister for Works and Housing,
Babatunde Fashola, has expressed confidence that Nigerians would vote for the ruling All Progressives Congress (APC) in the 2023 general elections.

This was made known by former Lagos State governor during an interview on Channels Television on Sunday night.

Fashola, stated that Nigerians would vote for the ruling party based on the uiachievements of the Muhammadu Buhari-led administration.

He said that the APC government faced the COVID-19 pandemic and the global scarcity of resources caused by the Russia-Ukraine crisis and still managed the economy very well.

He said only right-thinking Nigerians would reelect the APC and allow the party to continue its programmes and policies.

The minister asserted that the ruling party had served the country as efficiently as possible in difficult times.

He said, “I think that on the basis of what we have done, Nigerians have had the opportunity of two governments and that is why I said the candidates should return to the issues.

“On very deep reflection, right-thinking Nigerians will reelect our party and I’m optimistic about that. I think we have served this country as efficiently as we can in the most difficult times.

“No government has faced COVID-19 and we did. No government faced a global scarcity of resources caused by a war that we are not involved in and we did and we are still managing that economy and providing hope and succour. I am optimistic that we will win.”
