Former Manchester United and Bayern Munich midfielder, Owen Hargreave, has hailed Mohammed Kudus after he scored a brilliant header in the first half of Ghana’s World Cup tie against South Korea on Monday afternoon.
Hargreaves branded Kudus as the best player on the pitch during Ghana’s tie with South Korea.
The former England international said this at half-time during his analyses on SuperSport.
Two goals from Mohammed Salisu and Kudus gave Ghana a 2-0 lead at half-time.
Hargreaves said on SuperSport: “Jordan Ayew is playing like David Beckham and to be fair, Thomas Partey in the midfield, they tried a bit of composition, they looked comfortable.
“I like this calm, comfortable possession, but look at this guy Kudus and that is a brilliant goal from the best player on the pitch.”
